We’re all in this together.
Let’s all keep each other safe.
We care!
Weston Christmas Trees are committed to caring for the health and well-being of our employees and our customers alike. We all want to keep ourselves and our families safe this Christmas. We are open and prepared for on-site socially distanced sales so, if rather than ordering online, you would like to visit us we would appreciate that you refresh yourselves with the Government Guidelines, and follow the additional Christmas tree specific guidelines set out below.
We still want to bring Christmas joy into your homes with one of our lovely trees this season – but let’s all do it safely.
Delivery
We’ve revamped our website and included an E-commerce site, so we’d prefer you to order online, trust our judgement for a tree choice (difficult we know) and we’ll then deliver direct.
Our delivery will be a truly contact-free delivery experience. We can place the tree on your doorstep, or an alternative outdoor location you suggest when you order. Our driver will knock on your door and then stand back at a safe distance. There will be no hand-to-hand contact and no need to provide a signature on delivery. We’ll take a photo of it once delivered and be on our way.
Visiting us
- Let’s all keep a socially acceptable distance from each other.
- There will be antibacterial gel on site.
- We will wear a mask and gloves.
- If possible we would prefer you to wear a mask and gloves too.
- We prefer card payment, (but will still accept cash if necessary).
- Only we will net the tree (unfortunately no kids can help us this year).
- We will only deliver it to your car if you want us to do so.
- Don’t forget to give Santa a wave.
When you get your tree home
- Wearing gloves carefully cut 2cm off the base of the tree (this is not covid related, but helps the tree drink).
- Leave the tree outside or in a garage/shed for at least 24 hours.
- Stand the tree in a bucket of water.
- We know you’ll love your tree, but try not to hug it this year.
